All on-campus reservations should be made by calling the Campus Events and Reservations Coordinator. Please book your room first.
We encourage our guests to order early so we can plan to provide the best service possible. To allow our team to provide the best service, please give us your final guest count three business days prior to your event.
To ensure safe food gandling, Chartwells Dining Services will retain all remaining food from your catered event to ensure safe food handling.
Payment information is required to confirm an event. For non-University events, please discuss payment arrangements with our Catering Sales Manager. All major credit cards are accepted. The balance is due at the conclusion of your event.
If your group will be arriving later than scheduled, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be phoned in to the Catering Office at (402) 844-7167. When Northeast Community College closes due to inclement weather or other emergency, all catering events will be cancelled. If you have any questions about this please call immediately.
Menu prices do not include Nebraska State Sales Tax. If exempt from Nebraska State Sales Tax, we require a completed Form 13 prior to your event.
All buffets include disposable table service with linens on the buffet only. There may be an additional charge if linens are requested for your guest's tables. All served meal events include complete linen and china.Please discuss requests for special colors with Catering Manager when you place your order. Colored linens may require up to 10 business days to receive.
Please speak with our catering manager about additional services such as a cooked to order action station, carving station, a floral arrangement for your buffet or guest tables or any special request you may have.
